What are your frames made off?
Our frames are made of fiber
I don’t like the frame in the picture can I choose my own frame?
Yes you definitely can, especially the frame color. You can also customize your art. Don’t like a particular color? Then substitute it with something you like ( please note you can’t go above the scope of the painting. This is only available for hand painted orders
Do you offer physical consultations for painting selections?
We no longer offer this service, we advice clients to make their own choices as it’s easier and faster this way. You can always use a measurement tape to get an idea of what you need (please check out our how to highlight of how to do this)
What medium are your artworks?
Most of our paintings are acrylic on canvas but sometimes we do oil on canvas and for all of our paintings can be done with oil at your request and at an extra cost
Payment
Do you have a payment on delivery option?
No we don’t, and don’t intend to, most of your orders are tailored to specific needs, we will not be able to offer that option as we are a dispatch as it gets ready company and we won’t be able to individually request for payment on dispatch
I love your artwork but it’s kinda expensive! Do you have a budget range?
Thanks! We know our products aren’t cheap but that’s because they’re guaranteed to last a life time, it’s cheaper to buy a classic for life, rather than a picture frame every season. We love the budget idea though! Something we can definitely think about
Do you offer exchanges?
No we don’t offer exchanges. As a custom made work, we may not be able to get another customer for a while who wants the same thing as you
Shipping
Do you process bulk orders under the same time frame as one order?
Orders above 2 or 3 could take longer but it’s very dependent on the projects on ground
Do you deliver to my location?
We currently deliver nationwide but it’s very dependent on your location and if our logistics partners deliver there
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Not at the moment, it’s a bit rough navigating customs and it’s rules on art, but as soon we do, you would be updated
What is your delivery timeline?
For orders outside Lagos, 7 working days, for orders outside Lagos please allow 11 working days
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
We deliver nationwide but have a bit of coverage issue with our delivery partners, please ask to find out if we deliver to you
