Consultation Fees:
Non-refundable once the consultation session has begun.
Design Concept Fees:
Non-Refundable if design has begun. if the client is unsatisfied, it would be redone once.
Material Selection and Vendor Coordination:
Non-refundable once selections and coordination have begun.
Site Visits:
Fees for completed site visits are non-refundable. Fees for scheduled but uncompleted visits are refundable, less any travel expenses incurred.
Custom Furniture Design:
